Jesse Niermeyer McHugh

Jesse Niermeyer McHugh has been surrounded by Real Estate her entire life, helping her mom as she built her 30+ year successful career.  Jesse worked as support staff at Coldwell Banker offices and a real estate attorney office in her high school and college years.  She has spent the last 17 years in the Consumer Packaged Good Industry (CPG) at Conagra Brands selling “real estate” on grocery store shelves.  She worked with brands such as Reddi Wip, Chef Boyardee, Hunt’s Tomatoes and Healthy Choice Frozen Meals recommending the right items for grocery stores to carry and the best way to use their shelf “real estate” to drive the highest sales.

Jesse is very excited to combine her knowledge of Real Estate with the relationship building and selling skills that she’s acquired in her CPG career and translate it into a successful Real Estate career.  Jesse takes the time to build great connections with everyone she meets, values those relationships, and maintains them over time.  Clients can lean on Jesse’s experience in data analytics and trust in her market recommendations based on real-time real estate market data.

When she’s not selling real estate, you can find Jesse spending as much time as she can with her husband and three kids in her Naperville home.  She loves traveling, trying new wines and never misses a book club!
